Despite being above tram lines, my room was soundproofed and I had a great night's sleep. The hotel's services were also top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry available. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the free shuttle service provided. The room amenities were also great, including a mini-bar and in-room safe, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.
